Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, plan and implement new target market initiatives
- Develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of our business
Requirements:
- A university degree or college diploma in business administration, economics, or another related field
- Several years of experience in insurance services is an asset
- Licensure appropriate to the insurance services is an asset
Software Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, write, read, test, and correct code for the digital platform
- Identify technical issues, processes, and solutions and convey them
- Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications
- Prepare documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of the digital platform
- Analyze data to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system
- Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as needed
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
- Experience in digital platform development, testing, and maintenance
- Strong coding and problem-solving skills
- The ability to write robust scripts and tools quickly
- Effective interpersonal skills
