Gerald John Silveira – Chief Financial Officer

Gerald holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and is an excellent communicator and strategist with experience of over 17 years in the Sales & Business development of financial products. His background includes handling a wide range of banking products such as Wealth Management & Financial Planning Solutions, Personal & Corporate Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Credit facilities & Home Loans. Gerald is dedicated and committed to quality performance & can adapt to fast-paced, high-stress situations with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Mr. Silveira has an ability to set up, nurture and manage a team towards higher standards of performance, a good understanding of team dynamics and managing change.

Charlotte is a qualified Human Resources specialist with over seven years of expertise in various roles of the HR department with a particular focus on pre-openings of international restaurants.

A formal MBA degree specializing in Human Resources has given Charlotte an edge to build the foundation stones to hold the fort at every stage, right from the pre-opening to running the operations smoothly for a new and established organization.

Warren Anthony Dsouza – Chief Operating Officer

Warren is an experienced professional who strives for excellence and has a commercial and analytical mindset focusing on safe operations of the vessels while optimizing operational costs.

Mr. Dsouza gained exposure in shore-based management of vessel’s operations within a cost-effective structure while delivering high safety standards and augmenting commercial viability. This enabled him to add value to the organization while constantly improving his managerial skills.
